Today is a day to put love in to the little things. To all the things that we may think do not affect the quality of our lives, such as removing our makeup and cleansing the skin at the end of each day, or doing the laundry or cleaning the car or a small but thoughtful and kind gesture for a loved one. When we pay attention and put the energy of love in to these “little things” there is an expanded resource of love and care available for the “bigger things”.
